@FukDatShetNigguh You can. I'm not sure what programs, but I use my photoshop elements 5 version to draw pictures first.
Here's what i do
1. I draw the pic of course
2. I copy it and then paste it in my flash
3. To edit it on flash you have to break it apart twice(you just right click on the ...
