It's very easy to expose an original VHS to a magnetic field - the term in the business is called "bulking" a tape - to make it able to be recorded over so that you have just as good an image as if it had come straight from the factory. That being said, it's also easy to digitally enhance a film...

Could you feature Janet Leigh singing "A Bio-Chemist" instead of "An English Teacher"? LMAO! Even Dick Van Dyke disliked how they adapted the 1963 film. He said, "They're turning it into The Ann-Margaret Story!"

Joe Tyria was born July 15, 1978 in Kalamazoo, MI. He began singing at an early age, and quickly became enamored with music, the country genre in particular. Christmastime, though, has always been his favorite time of year, so the first song he ever learned was the holiday classic, "Rudolph, The Red-Nosed Reindeer."At age 14, he started taking private voice lessons at The Claussen Voice Studio, under the direction of vocal instructor Lori Claussen. He'd been a contestant in several local karaoke contests, and at age 16, won 1st Place in the 1994 Kalamazoo County Fair Karaoke Competition singing the Righteous Brothers' classic, "Unchained Melody." Later that year, he had his first professional recording session at Big Mamma Recording Studio in Knoxville, TN.
The demo recorded at Big Mamma Recording Studio had made the rounds in Nashville and found it's way to the desk of AIM Records' A&R man Bill Hinkle by early 1995, and Joe recorded two song for them, "Ain't It A Miracle" and "No Place To Land," in March of that year, under the direction of producer Mike Radford. The venture would eventually fold due to lack of funding.
The Autumn of 1995 found Joe beginning his Senior Year of high school, and his one and only year in Choir. This opened up new genres of music to him, and also introduced him to musical theatre. He landed a small part in Loy Norrix Music Department's 1996 production of the musical, "Hello, Dolly!", and sang the tenor part in every chorus number in the show, secretly mic'd backstage.
After graduating in 1996, Joe began writing a musical comedy of his own entitled, "My Crazy Life!", but would stop working on it within a year because of the sudden death of his Grandfather in May of 1997. He would not start working on this project again until the Spring of 2005, and is currently working of the final touches before arranging backer's auditions.
In 1997, prior to his Grandfather's passing, he'd been in talks with producer Les Ladd on making a demo album. In June and July of that year, he worked on the ten song album entitled, "Especially For You!" Ultimately, funding became an issue again, and this venture also folded after duplication and printing had been completed.
Starting in 1998, Joe would enter a very trying time in his life. Between bad romantic relationships, other personal issues, and a descent in a compulsive overeating disorder, he would not sing publicly or record any new material until mid-2002.
In 2002, Joe became a BMI songwriter and formed his recording label, Market Street Records. He started working on series of demos performing all vocals and instrumentation himself. The first twelve demo collection was 2002's "September Morn." These demos were mainly for family and friends, and as auditions to set up various gigs around the Greater Kalamazoo area.
That same year, he started singing off and on with a band out of Battle Creek lead by bass player Jim Martin. He would continue singing with that band (or any incarnation of it that Mr. Martin would put together) until November of 2007.
In 2007, Joe became a BMI song publisher (Silver Creed Wolf Music) and formed his production company, Creed Wolf Productions. This would be the year he would self produce/release his first commercial album, "Time..." This was also the year that marked Joe's return to the Roman Catholic Church after a nine year absence.
2008 brought many personal triumphs for Joe, primarily his Confirmation into the Roman Catholic Church, taking the name Gregory after Pope Saint Gregory The Great, patron saint of male musicians and vocalists. He sang at many charity functions in this year, and was a contestant in Small-Town Idol, a local talent competition. He sang the country standard "Misty Blue" in the competition, but ultimately did not win.
In 2009, Joe was finally coming to grips with the fact that he had an eating disorder, which was now causing issue with his liver function, even though he'd lost 100 lbs since May of 2006. He worked with a dietitian, and began working on the issues that were the underlying cause of his disordered eating habits. He also became planning his next CD, a Christmas album.
In 2010, Joe recorded a new Christmas album entitled "Christmastime!", which was released on October 4, 2010.
