I wonder if you could take this video to the humane society or animal countrol and they could make an abuse case out of it and get him convicted. Maybe even have someone else go "undercover" as a client to get more evidence if they think this isn't enough proof.

Poor horse! People down there should really take better care of their horses! It's called fences! True there's animal abuse and neglect everywhere, but sometimes it happens in some countries a lot more than here in the US.

I like the bidet idea, but I can't stand not using soap on my hands! Purrell just feels like I'm spreading yucky stuff all over my hands. I prefer running water even if there isn't soap.
