That's the same way I make Chi Kufte. Nicely done. Instead of butter for the filling, we always used larger balls and filled it with lamb/ground beef with onions and parsley - this por, was pre-cooked. But nice recipe.

If you put the c-clamp on the edge of the piston, you run the real risk of binding the piston in the housing and causing it to freeze up. You should always use a professional tool, or the old brake pad with the c-clamp. This is just scary

The interesting thing about aikido is that the longer you're in it, the better you get and the less strength is required. You don't see any 75 year old MMA guys tossing anyone around, where as with aikido, beware of the old guys!
