Nice video i use that on an elevated up or a shelter built off the ground. I put it in one corner of the platform and it works well for light and cooking when you need to be off the groung as in Jungle or Swamp.

Nice kit. Its almost identical to mine except my water bottle is stainless so i can boil in it.

Wild camp & hike in extreme weather in January from Stanage Edge to Ladybower, Peak District.
Me & Wes go on a Wild camp & hike in extreme weather from Stanage Edge to Ladybower, in the Peak national park Derbyshire.
Add about 6 feet of snow to that mix and you will really have survival in extreme conditions.

Dave how has the Yurt been holding up in the Wind. I am from western NY and i know the past few days that wind was whipping?I think Being comfortable with your gear and knowing how it fits with your routine and what works for you is key.

Not much diffrent from what Dave did you dried it only difrence its dry no matter how you look at it its dry.You can always find dry ttinder if you know where to look.Never have not found dry tinder yet even in pouring rain.Not bad though.

Yupper Dave even when its pouring rain there is almost always dry tinder if you know where to look. I always say take the time to build a good Tinder Bundle and the rewards will be great.Great Vid.

Nice option to have a pack animal. I have my dog with her pack wich works ok, but she has to carry her food and water also.Like the goat who eats just about anything and can go without water for three days and you could eat if ya needed to.
