@evilspike13 Tegan's voice is lower and her jaw line isn't as defined as Sara's. Tattoo wise, Tegan has a tree on her right forearm while Sara has a few lines on her right wrist. If you look at recent videos of them, Sara's hair is now shorter and Tegan's hair is longer. Hope this helps.
