OK, first off, this goes to Youtube. If I give credit where credit is due, why the blazes would you block some perfectly legitimate videos? So what if the companies want the stuff taken down? If you took off every single video involving content from another company, where would that leave you? With some rather unhappy users. This site was designed as a place for people to go and show off their creativity. By pandering to these companies and not your users, you are stifling that right to show off creativity. Not all of us can draw, or have access to high tech cameras. So we use what we have on our hands. Plenty of good movie makers have been banned for no reason other then upsetting a company. The companies should be flattered that we like their things (whether it be video or music) so much that we want to use them for one reason or another. If the companies are so upset, why let their music be played over the radio or at parties? That's essentially what could happen here.
