My names Mark.
I'm a progressive Conditionist.
New Zealand.
I started training since i was 15. Its been 5 years.
Now recently been involved in a shoulder injury (11/11/08). After realising my shoulder was slowly getting weaker and weaker which caused it to dislocate a number of times, my doctor recommended reconstructive surgery. (21/04/09) Minimum recovery time 12 months. I have slowly recovered from my injury (15/12/2010) and back in shape perfecting my technique with the flag and eventually planche pushups :)
