These short videos are of the cookies from my company, Signature Sweet Shoppe. Hopefully they will entice you to take a closer look!
SOME COMMON QUESTIONS ANSWERED:
Q: How do you get black royal icing?
A: With black food coloring. I use AmeriColor.
Q. What temp do you bake the cookies at?
A: 375 F
Q. How do you keep the cookies from sticking?
A: If you loosen them on the tray as soon as they come out of the oven, they won't stick to the tray.
Q: What is shortening?
A: Hydrogenated vegetable oil - like Crisco.
Q: Can I use butter instead of shortening?
A: Yes, but if I have shown you a recipe with shortening, try it that way first to know what you should be getting before altering the recipe.
