The tale of the immortal warrior woman Siobhan.

One with Gods suffers unspeakable tortures at the hands of the Slag in the highest reaches of the Tower of Ultimate Evil. Mike Dobson's Evil Clown Animation is a small multimedia studio that has provided animation sub-contract work to Canadian studios. Evil Clown is now producing its own content starting with the animated TV pilot "Siobhan".
Evil Clown is looking for a co-producer, distributor or broadcaster to develop a partnership to create a series for the cable television market.
Evil Clown Animation sees a large market niche for itself in the aging up of the North American public. Several generations of North Americans have now grown up with animation and are receptive to more adult themed animation.
As well, Japanese animation (anime) has gained a significant hold on the world animation-viewing public. There is still a vastly under-exploited North American film and TV industries response to the stylistic elements that have made anime a success.
Siobhan takes the best elements of the North American and Anime filmmaking traditions and molds them into cult classic material. The result will shock and entrance the animation-viewing public. We can make a character that the world will hear about.
