Don Potter seams to be the only guy that knows how to play this guitar. In all the other videos I have seen, the musicians try to play it like a regular six string and it just doesn't work. Kudos Mr. Potter!

This is the first 8-string I've heard that sounds better clean! Seems like it would make a decent jazz box if it a had a tone nob you could roll back

@GuitarScratchRemover Turning the "blend" all the way to the wet signal should give you some reverb; the pedal is designed to simulate an acoustic guitar being miced, so there should be some natural reverb of the "room" that the image is using.

It sounds like a saddle piezo to me, but with slightly less "quack"...not that exciting. Their basses sound awesome, though.

What makes this impressive is that he's chewing gum in 5/4 while playing in 4/4!

@thebackupgoaltender They do make music like this still; it's just not on the radio. Also, there are still plenty of pro-photographers that shoot film--they just probably are using Velvia instead.

I love the death grip on the keyboard during the fast foot passages! It's probably the only way you could keep from falling over trying to play that stuff. Also, did any one else notice that he's wearing dance shoes?

A good cover. Freddie is hard to match. It says something about Freddie's voice that Pink is singing it in the same key and the same octave as the original.
