His training in dance, his understanding of coordination and unique ability in describing movement for the body, gives Felix an advantage in breaking down exercise movement in a way that is easiest for his clients to visualize, interpret and incorporate into their own. Alignment, proper form and technique are the cornerstone of his physical fitness theory.
He gears his training so that participants at all levels can start from wherever they are, progressing with endurance and strength. Felix encourages and motivates his clients to work safely at their particular level and to push themselves enough to attain a greater workout, thereby getting closer to the goals they have set for themselves.
He currently lives in Los Angeles, and is a personal trainer while continuing to work in the entertainment industry.
