Well what were you talking about please clarify. I am sorry I guess I misunderstood.

Sorry I can not find your comment to reply to on tf's channel. I was referring to Craigs argument. It is always true even if you cant see it happening if it were not. Well Einsteins theory could be considered untrue as well. Have you ever seen something moving at he speed of light get pushed. If Craigs is not true Einsteins is not true. Heres what I cant believe is that TF advertises science because it works. Which I believe it does when its looking for the truth; but he should have put science because I just broke it.

Shizzle, you keep presenting legal arguments, but you fail to realize that in a court of law truth is not relevant, what matters is what can be proved, your claims cannot be proved.Speaking of "proof", you have claimed to have "a dozen of the best lawyers and judges in the world as relatives, friends and guardians.", yet this is unsubstantiated. As for "quickly find a job" what on earth makes you think I either lack one or could not get one if I wanted to. As for you having 45 years on me, I appear to have at least 80 IQ points on you.

Please, if you want to comment again, provide me with evidence refuting scientific claims or proving your religious ones, if you continue with the thinly veiled ad hominem attacks however, Then I have no reason to let you continue posting (other than the amusement a superior intelligence feels watching the stupid argue)

Oh, you're learning the law are you? I got 45 years on you and a dozen of the best lawyers and judges in the world as relatives, friends and guardians.

If you paid attention to what I'm sharing, you'd start earning more money, or you'd quickly find a job.

Quick lesson: Determining what has been proved is as easy as understanding the difference between what we think is true and what we can prove is true in a court of law. Have you ever heard the expression, "what I think I know doesn't matter only what I can prove in a court of law."? How are your opinions proof of anything? You're not a judge are you? Have you ever served on a jury before? Atheists think science is above the rule of law, but it's the judicial system and legislative bodies that decide all aspects of scientific endeavor. Didn't you see how Conrad Murray was found guilty for conducting a medical experiment in Michael Jackson's bedroom? The state of California Medical Assoc. didn't license him to do that. SEE?

@shizzleman8

That is incorrect on so many levels. First, the misapplication of the word "theory", yes in colloquial use it means an unproven idea, but a scientific theory means it has survived the peer review process and the smartest people on the planet have failed to disprove it. A scientific theory is nothing like legal proof (although evolution has won in court), it cannot be positively proved, only disproved if it has no proof. As for your last statement, even as I type I am sitting in law class.

If the THEORY of evolution was proven it wouldn't be a god damn theory. The fact that it hasn't been proven is why it's still labeled a theory. Do you want to learn how to prove? Go to law school.
