@kokwey57 datesims are just another type of rpg that was conceived in japan. As you may know, the japanese love rpgs. these games aren't designed to actually simulate real dates.

I've seen a parallax occlusion mapping demonstration where bricks look as if they actually had geometry like the ones in this video. what's the tessellated bricks' improvement over POM bricks?

how can parallax mapping give the illusion of actual geometry on the bricks? I thought stuff like that was only possible with tessellation.

hey, i've seen some screenshots from the demo and it looks like the game run at a lower resolution than the vita's native resolution, and it looks awful. does it actually look that bad in-game or it isn't noticeable? cause those screenshots look nothing like the ones in the game's webpage.
