I started messing around with Wii Remote and Nunchuk. Then, I started using bowgun and got annoyed that the B button dodges and the A button shoots. Very counter-intuitive! I kept dodging into monster's mouths instead of shooting into them.

@hayabusakun I prefer putting a staff on my black belt until it's time to unequip him. Nunchuk have TERRIBLE hit rates for my tastes.

@pfcquinn22 I think that airplane was a Red Bull racer. Hayseed is mostly frustrated at how easy these videos make it look. People just have to learn there are old pilots, and there are bold pilots. It is a rare thing to find an old, bold pilot. Bob Hoover is one of those few.

Locally (in Texas), we call similar insects "katydids". This one doesn't have wings. These kind of insects will mate, then the female will eat the male for protein to lay her eggs.

I guess certain fish prefer certain animals. It seemed like that long one (arowana?) preferred the mouse, while the rest didn't seem that interested.

It's hard to believe real fish get this big! I wonder if the stories I've heard about freshwater catfish and gar "by the dam" are not as exaggerated as I think they are?

It's a wolf spider. Much scarier to look at than anything else. Fast and harmless. Some kinds of wasps like to stun them, carry them off, and lay eggs inside them.

I saw them open for Superchick in 2005 or so. I had been kind of cold to the music scene for about 10 years. These guys got me liking music again. I call this song my "happy song".
