Unique Features, in association with Warner Bros., optioned Shiver's film rights shortly after Shiver was released. A screenplay has been written by Nick Pustay but casting has not yet begun. The producers will be Bob Shaye and Micheal Lynne. The exact date of the release is not known, but it is expected to be released in 1012!
