So true I agree that the characters differ much more when there are fewer. Take a game like DBZ for instense it has so many characters that a ton of them are exactly the same or castaways that nobody ever uses. Oh and my favorite is tied between Jin Kisaragi and Litchi Faye Ling. Jam was My favorite character back in Guilty Gear so was Ky thats probably part of why i like these two, but i also like the styles of fighting they use plus the ice moves are really cool. lol

you are right about monster hunter it takes skill and it is really challenging in phantasy star in 1 day i got to level 28
