This guy was an awesome drummer, but this video really sucks at expressing it. almost easy isn't nearly his hardest song, and believe me, i play drums and cover alot of his masterpieces. They should have recorded beast and the harlot as his best example.

my band covers this song like a swift, but damn, these guys really mixed and played this song like crazy fn awesome on this video of what is now oficially my favorite video on youtube! XD

I really think you chose the wrong video of chris adler, because he has way better stuff than this, just like snelis said, it's basic. most of the stuff i see him play is the opposite of basic.

dude look at ur stick heighth; have you ever hit ur face? lol also, use more of your wrists and less of your arms; the best way to position the angle of ur wrists is having the thumbs eachother and not towards ur face. at 1:35, you used way too much of your snare. just some tips man.

you do a lot of things wrong/different, but this is a cover, so i'm okay with it. at least it's not the real Rev forgetting what hes doing lol
