SO hows it going, You haven't posted a vid in the last month. Just wondering how the work outs are coming along. It has rained here every single day in March and that has really been taking the wind out of my sails. The last day it hit 60 degress was dec 13th. Its some kind of record. I need cheering up. Let me know how your doing. = )

p90x is definitely an intense workout but is very beneficial. You look great now and you will definitely like the results. Look forward to seeing your progress! Plyo is definitely one of the more intense days you will have!
