Ne-ko, not Ni-ko. You're also butchering the word katakana.
Otherwise, I really enjoy your videos. Though it would be nice if you could check your pronunciation before making these.

I think the reason this seems much more frighting than the American version is because this seems more likely that it can happen to you. You buy a house think it's safe then, BAM!
