ok, something that got my attention so far was.. the epic noobster duo nocturne and rammus, their summoner spells are fcked up ghost and flash, teleport and flash?! i mean, 1- flash ignite, the other 1- flash exaust would be good enough... they were duo laning! also rammus hits lvl 6 he could jus...

ok my 2cents to u:

1st- loose the giants belt amp tome and the dagger

2nd- u start with dorans ring, rush sheen and boots of mobility, after that rush lich bane, then u might consider zonyas and guinsos rageblade

3rd- summoner spells go for ignite & exaust.

to sum it up, with boots/zonyas/...
