@DarthSideous63 The reason CBS changed their minds on renewing Hogan's Heroes for the 1971/72 season was because of the Prime-Time Access Rule which took 7 hours of weekly Prime Time Programming away from ABC, CBS & NBC and gave those hours to the local network affiliates.
