The Flip Side

My primary goal is to show material concerning men who are abused by their girlfriend/wife. The reason for focusing on the male victim, is because he has one one to speak up for him. If a woman is mistreated, she's a victim and people feel bad for her, and are appalled at the mistreatment. If the victim is a man, he is laughed at, called derogatory names, and no one feels bad for him.

And, if you are thinking, that it is so rare for a man to be abused, and your first thought is, 'well, many many more women are abused than men', then you are engaging in a form of dismissal. Just because more women are abused, means we should just allow the abused men to suffer in silence, or laugh at them??
Why can't we just help them too, instead of trying to justify why they 'deserve what they get', and why it's not a big deal, and the guy is 'a big wus'.

I've seen a lot of posts where men call other men names, for not defending themselves. And, people seem to think it's really funny, until that guy snaps one day, and beats the crap out of the girl.
Or, the girl actually kills the guy, to which they say, 'wow, that was one crazy chick', or something along those lines.

You can call them what you want, but the guys who don't hit back are bigger men, than the ones who do.
My wish, is that no one should have to be put into that position, in the first place.

Outside of trying to present examples of abusive girls, I will have documentaries on various subjects, and other tidbits.
