@oteka64 - Agreed. After watching how they treated one customer I knew of who bought a brand new Dual Tour seat for their VTX1300, I'll never spend a cent of my money with Corbin. They make excuses instead of solutions, they blame the customer for things that are clearly a Quality Control issue...
