once I heard it in the movie Raising Arizona, I was on a frantic search to find all the words and I think I love the Everly Brothers best. I was a fan of them when I was much younger, back in the 50's. Such harmony and lilting songs are rare today.

I loved Leonard Cohen all the way back to the 60's when I first bought his album that this song was on. This song is familiar to a lot of us who knew "a stranger." We've been there, done that.

I purchased my album years ago when it was new, about 1965 or so. I wonder if I can make a copy of it on tape or CD for you? Would that infringe copyrights?
