Je bedoelt dat UIM en AT samen de DSI vormen. Zie het als 1: AT(zware misdaad), 2: DSI(zeer zware misdaad & CT), 3: UIM(CT) waarbij AT de "lichtste" vorm van inzet is en UIM de zwaarste.
