Based on what Richard Dawkins has said, Atheists are currently 'working' on how life and the universe were created. 'Working' on the 'truth' of creation?
Why not read the Bible which is over a couple thousand years old and attempting to believe it instead of waiting for another Dawkins book to come out? There IS and has been evidence that proves Biblical accounts to be truth.
Besides, who knows more about science, God or human scientists? Who knows more about how the universe was formed, God or human scientists? Who knows more about how life on earth came into being and how humans were formed, God or human scientists? If there is a conflict between what God says and what human scientists say, whom should we trust?
We should trust what God says. When it comes to science, there are many scientists who believe in the Big Bang theory and the theory of evolution, but there are MANY OTHER scientists who believe that the scientific evidence proves the Creation account in the Bible. Therefore, it all boils down to which set of scientists you choose to believe! It still comes down to a question of faith.
Still, scientists can not and will not be able to prove how -everything- was created, so how can Atheists completely dismiss the possibility of God?
What is the argument? I have heard many Atheists complain that the Bible is written by man, and therefore, it can not be trusted. So, instead Atheists read Dawkins work or other well known Atheist literature? Do they completely trust -human- scientists, while mocking and being disrespectful towards others beliefs? The truth is, Atheists do not WANT to believe in God.
Look, God is not responsible for all of the evil in the world. Man is. Satan's influence is. There is no sin in God. Does He allow it? Yes, but only because He gives human beings free will. God is love, so why hate the Lord? Oh, that's right, Atheists do not believe in God, so why hate people who believe in Him?
Many Atheists often complain that Christians try to 'push their views and beliefs' on other people, but do they not do the same? A true Christian will tell others about the hope in Christ out of love. What is an Atheists motive? Sorry, but it is certainly not out of love.
Be aware, Atheism is a religion. It may not be quite as organized as most religions are (of course, you do not see them gathering in any sort of 'church' yet) but their belief system still counts as religion. They can not intelligently tell you otherwise.
I have also heard Atheists often say that one does not have to believe in God to be moral. Well, I can understand that, as there are different levels, or should I say, views of what should be considered 'moral' or not. For example, most if not all of the Atheists I have talked with must believe it is 'moral' to call someone names or curse at them. Most Atheists view of 'moral' is less than worldly. But for the TRUE Christians I have known and talked with, it is not acceptable, even in anger, to belittle someone or curse at someone, regardless of personal views.
On a final note, Atheists will use pieced Scripture or misinterpret the Bible for their own personal gain.
Brothers and sisters, it is time to come together! We must take a stand against this nonsense. We are not called to 'bible thump' anyone, but we must plant the seed. We do need to spread the message of Jesus but we must keep in mind that we are not responsible for everyones salvation. Everyone has a choice that only that person can make. We must strive to be more Christ-like and truly follow His examples and teachings.
I already know that I will have hateful comments sent to me because of what I have written here or the videos I have posted. I am sure that Atheists will have something to say as they can not handle having someone standing up for Jesus Christ or questioning their views. But sadly, the Atheism religion is growing, and we must warn others and be prepared and ready to tell people of the hope & love of Jesus!
