@JacobStar9104 I don't think the large square at the back is part of the engine. I think it's just a fly wheel. So when you take that out of the equation the engine is quite small.

@ThatTreyGuy If you really want a six pack by then you should couple this routine with a lot of cardio. Maybe just do a few laps around your neighborhood each day. You have to burn the fat around your stomach area for the abs to show.
