@uniqueattack ... Why not? This piece is, after all, centred around a moment in time which the poet doesn't wish to move on from, but is resigned to the fact that it will. This speed is beautiful - Bostridge does a similar version, it's beautiful and so is this. Brava!

In response to 'ahmetroxen'. Baroque music? I'm pretty sure Haydn was a classical composer. Very good performance, and bravo for doing it English and utilising the Shaw text - it was however the pieces intention. Very enjoyable!

Beautiful voice. Slight pitching issue, but beautiful nevertheless. I don't think much of the accompanist however, far too heavy I feel.
