OK. I'll ask the dumb question... other than tradition, why would you use the little pan? It would seem easier to use a big pan or one of those griddles and knock it out all at once.

Maybe you should consider opening a service where you advise people when you're getting in/out, so they can do the opposite. You make money on the trading advice and they money on your bad luck. Win win! 8-) When life hands you lemons, grab a salt shaker and a bottle of tequila!
