About The Shakespeare Guy!
Joey Siracusa has always loved classic literature and above all, the wonderful works of William Shakespeare. Over the past few years students have started calling him "the Shakespeare Guy" because of his ability to help them overcome their intimidation with the language and make the classic structure understandable and clear.
He has written five Shakespeare adaptations: DOUBLE DOUBLE, THE ROMEO & JULIET DUET, DESDEMONA, OTHELLO (Requiem For Desdemona) and is currently directing his latest adaptation to premiere this summer; I AM HAMLET.
