I can tell you why the biolizard feels out of place. In the PS3 or Xbox 360 versions the boss is Perfect Chaos. Emerald Coast, and the highway level are both levels from the Sonic Adventure games. I definitely liked Perfect Chaos better than Biolizard. The story behind Biolizard comes from Sonic ...
