It seems that most of the Konaha 11's Ougi were more impressive and powerful 2 years ago (in the series) than their timeskip counterparts. Also; is it just me, or did the ougis went by really quickly?

For some reason, I don't peg Raze as a type of person to do that, considering his personality....

@fallenangel217 Not all sentai teams had power-ups, only some of them had them. Plus, I don't see what kind of power-up you can give to a team that can access almost all powers of 34 sentai teams.
