Looks like somekind of shell, a massive jellyfish with very odd patterns, or else a piece of a boat/ship with crud painted on it.

It could be convincing, if it weren't for that little part where the cameraman starts moving uop and it conveniently turns invisible. Well made though, give the guy credit.

Some of these videos can be explained away as haoxes, such as someone playing a bird flying, hitting reverse, and then blotching the image, then relaying it as one clip. The 9/11 can be discredited as flying debris, and in my opinion went too far. The military looking camera could be ICBM testin...
