Through this whole thing I have asked you to post research and all you have done is make one sad attempt after another to convince me of your bullshit. In the time it took you to type that you could have sent me the links to prove your point. Your claim is laughable, as every athlete on earth that needs to lose large amounts weight (ie wrestlers, boxers and MMA fighters) uses the principles I have mentioned to lose weight. I have done it myself. Sorry to hear about your failed attempt to lose weight on HIIT, but your anecdotal claim seems to be nothing more than sour grapes and an attempt to comfort yourself for failing at that which millions of people suceed at. Either PROVE your claim or stop bothering me.
