the first one means "what r u doing? "second on means "r u doing?" .Hindi is the most beautiful language in india and of course the most easiest ,simplest grammer rules comparing with english.enjoy learning hindi.see these hindi films "kalapani","3 idiots" .u wil certainly impressed .
