At first I hated it, but I stuck it out and ended up loving it! Some things about it do drive me nuts thought. Even still, it's one of my favorite PS2 games.

Hey, I'm glad somebody else thought Final Fantasy XII was a great game like I did! There were times I almost chucked that game but I was GLAD I stuck it out and (the opposite of what you say about FFXIII) the more I thought about the high-concept story and gameplay, the more I liked it.

Yeah I think it's up to men to start learning how to love and value themselves, fight for themselves, and start working together--not get tricked into being enslaved by guilt trips (like Mark Driscoll tries to do) and end up manipulated by people who hate them.

Metal Gear Solid is just about my favorite game. Sometimes I like to think of it as a stand-alone game and not part of a long series (though MGS3 as a prequel was excellent regardless). Kojima keeps saying he wants to go on to other things, but it's always more Metal Gear. :\

You don't know whether or not Lazarus was married. The passage Driscoll quotes pertains to someone who is able to provide for his family but does not. To suggest that God condemns a man because of his poverty is the height of godlessness, and that includes married men.
