Monday to Wednesday

My school have told my parents about me self harming and they have referred me to camhs however im afraid to open up to anyone, because i am scared of what my parents will think of me, their judgmental often take pee out of me wot should i do im scared.

Thursday to Sunday

My parents recently found out that I self harm. They don't know much about self harming and think that it means I'm trying to kill myself, and they don't believe me when I tell them I'm not. How do I talk to them about self harm?
