so i finally got along in doing this video for i had this idea since season 2 was over but i'm glad i waited till after the last episode of season 3.
so i know this video is a bit depressing with the sadness and crying but i wanted it to be about Merlin and all the people he lost (Will his best friend, Freya the only person who understood him and whom he loved for a short time, and Balinor his father he thought he never had); and Colin Morgan is just a great actor, i mean when he cries i'll start crying more than him.
i tried to make this video simple and to show the emotions Merlin went through after their death and while they were still alive... I Still Cry is one of the few songs that i think are sad so this is why i picked it; and tried my best to fit the lyrics with the appropriate scenes. since Balinor and Freya had more scenes so they were used more because Will didn't show up much ... and Freya and Balinor's death were the saddest to me,,, especially his father's death :(

**SPOILERS FOR BOTH SERIES**
I entered this vid in a vidding competition called "Vidding In My Blood" (VIMB) and moved on the 1st round where we have to make a 20 seconds vid! The video should be up soon ;)
STORYLINE:
When Arthur and Merlin meets, they instantaneously become friends. Even Uther senses how close they are. But Arthur is certain that there's something he doesn't know about Merlin. And he's going to find out what is when a peasant tells Uther she witnessed Merlin practising magic. Blinded by his hatred for magic, Uther ordered the boy to be put in jail. Merlin confirms to Arthur his true nature and even if Arthur is mad at him for hiding the truth, he can't let his friend die and organized his escape. Merlin doesn't want to go but is aware it's to stay and be killed or to leave and maybe never see Arthur ever again. He decides to leave Camelot.
Uther is informed of Merlin's escape and is certain that his son is responsible. He knows what he's done and threathens him. Arthur knows that he did the right thing and can't stay any longer in Camelot when he heard the words of his own father. So he decides to go after his friend. Uther sends a party to find his son and the fugitive while Merlin and Arthur are travelling together. They end up in front of a cave. Inside, they're attacked by a fierce beast. Arthur gets hurt and Merlin kills the monster. Merlin realizes that Arthur has been poisoned and if he doesn't do something, Arthur will die. So he goes towards the only person who could help him: Gaius.
Gaius tells Merlin that there's no cure but Merlin can't let Arthur die, and knows an efficient way to save Arthur. He goes to find Nimueh and offers his life against Arthur's. She accepts and Arthur lives. Merlin comes back to Camelot, knowing that running away is not necessary anymore. Arthur is safe, Merlin dies.
For Arthur, there's only one person to blame for all of this: Uther.
