We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution of the United States of America.

Our forefathers that signed the Constitution expected it to provide a PERMANENT GUARANTEE of the political liberties achieved in the Revolution.

But now our liberties are slowing being eroded away by our government that we elected to service us.
