Could you please post a simple video on how to properly tear off the parts of the balloon you don't need? I'm a beginner and I cant seem to figure this out on my own. When I get it to work its very sloppy.

Parents have no rights......to turn their kids into bigots like themselves.....good. My parents were racist. Lucky for me, my school knew better and taught me right. This needs to continue despite those dumbasses that think its right to continue to hate.
