It's all about hormones. My body fat percentage is a lot lower now at the age of 20 than it was at the age of say 15 or 16 in high school, and the amount of fat on my chest is low, but the areolar tissue underneath my nipples remains the same. But now i am trying to get a hormonal blood test done so I can try to get some actual data as to what my estradiol, and T and stuff like that are. I have never had them tested.

Word. Yeah that video has the most views, because paleo fanatics, raw food fanatics, are unhealthfully obsessed with what they eat. Not all of them though, not saying you are but it's possible. I assure you I was OBSESSED with my diet as a raw vegan for over a year, my mental health was far from where I am now. Diet improves mental health, physical health as well, but I emphasize what comes from within now, while making sure whta I put into my body is the best (since it does certainly play a huge role in metabolism and your energy levels). If you want to reduce fat around your belly, weight train. That will raise your testosterone levels and burn all the fat there. Eating meat, and butter, animal fats, optimizing vitamin D, will also help. Intermittent fasting may work too, but weight training is your best bet.

Oh ok cool. Well I'm not raw paleo, never was for any length of time. I drink a lot of raw milk, try to get in steamed greens, some raw too, but not as much meat. Now, in order to get down to lower body fat again (like being ripped lean), I'm reducing raw milk, and drastically increasing meat consumption, cooked mostly. Butter is allowed, cheese is not (well in small amts if I'm low carbing for calories), and more slow-carbs like amaranth, quinoa, but also plenty of potatoes. No wheat whatsoever. Honey is good for me. Green tea, turmeric, cacao beans, some brazil nuts, need more omega-3 and some supps though. Don't have money right now unforutunately for everything that I want.

I could, but I don't see the point. It would definitely get views since everyone is so obsessed with what they eat. Maybe I will. First i have to find my misplaced camcorder..
