Welcome to my channel on my personal hair journey and life experiences:
Hair journey stats
My natural journey started for a second time around in July 2007. I consider myself a long-term transitionner because I have been wearing a weave on and off since 2007. I wear my natural hair out a few times a year depending on the weather up in here in Ottawa, Canada and my laziness (lol). Now, I am arming myself with tools and education on natural hair care to wear it out PERMENTLY in spring 2010.
Current length: 7-9 inches
Goals: 12 inches (by taking vitamins, wearing protective hairstyle and eating and exercising regularly).
Regime
Diet: Weight watcher (23 points\ day)
Workout: Monday Strength conditioning = 1 hour 30 min Tuesday Running + Weight training = 1 hour Wednesday Strength conditioning + Cardio = 1 hour 30 min Thursday Pole dancing Saturday - Running and weight training = 1 hour 30 min
