The memory of seeing Tom Cruise in Top Gun made Scott Elrod realize acting always had been in the back of his mind.
Scott relocated to Los Angeles in April of 2004 to pursue a career in acting. After a handful of acting classes he got a manager, an agent and was cast for parts on "CSI: New York" and "Days of Our Lives".
In December of 2006, while auditioning for a role on the CBS series "NCIS", Scott crossed paths with a casting director he had worked with before who asked, "Why aren't you on "Men in Trees"?" Next thing he knew she was on the phone with Scott's agent and in January 2007 Scott met with the creator, producers and casting agent. The rest is history....CASH (two seasons).
Since then Scott played several leading and supporting roles both on TV and in feature films like "Uncorked", "The Switch", "Tricks Of A Woman", "Castle", "Argo" and more recently "Home Run".
