When I was about 14 my best friend got a brand new yamaha 6 hp outboard for his birthday I wanted one, never heard of an Antique outboard before or seen one, I went up to his cabin on a lake they had a rowboat with no motor on it
but when I smelled the lake water, and the 2 Stroke smoke I thought I was in Heaven I wanted one so I went to swap meets picked up a 16 hp scott attwater
for 4 bucks and a Mcculloch Elgin for 5 bucks but I did not have good luck, I did not care if it was new or old the next year I got a running 1949 Evinrude Sportsman 1.5 hp then I got the Antique outboard motor fever and keep my mind
off Snowmobile's. I like the Outdoors, I am not a house person I rather be working on truck's then playing video games
I love to go to Antique shows and see
old cars. trucks, tractors working on something is fun too me some times
cutting fire wood.

Your channel is very entertaining and I really enjoy the vintage sled ads you posted. I grew up with them and it reminds me of when I was young. It's very refreshing, and encouraging, to see a young guy like yourself who's handy and wants to preserve vintage machinery. The world needs more young folks like you!
