The 'icy moon' is called Europa. Oxygen gas isn't the most important part about that moon; the seas under the ice are. & they say "all moons of Saturn/Jupiter may have oxygen," I highly doubt Ganymede (a moon with literal gasoline oceans) has an atmosphere with oxygen in it.
