Government of Canada Student Video Contest

Hey students!

National Science and Technology Week is here and Science.gc.ca wants to hear from all students working in the Government of Canada. Tell us about your work term, and you could win 1 of 3 incredible prizes: an iPad, an iPod touch or an Olympus Digital Camera!

Simply create a short video (no more than four minutes long) sharing your workplace experience with science and technology at your organization. What have you learned? What is so interesting about it? Why is it valuable?

You don't need to be working directly in science to participate -- we want to hear from all students! Perhaps you attended a presentation about science and technology that peaked your interest or met a researcher who's work you'd like to tell people about in a brief interview. So go ahead! And be creative!

The deadline for entries is November 26, 2010. Prizes will be awarded based on creativity and originality. Winners will be selected on December 10 2010, and announced the following week.
