Sorry to comment this way, but I am not all that tech savy. As to the 99 red ballons, it is all about an unintended nuclear war between the Soviet Union and the West in the 1980s. As someone who was 17 myself then, it was a scary time and even now the memories of the song haunt me. True, it is a beautiful song; however, many people, especially in Western Europe were clamoring for nuclear disarmament, and this song was a product of its era. FORTUNATELY, the cold war is over, but nuclear war remains a specter. See the news on Iran as evidence.
