Negocjowane w sekrecie, zostało ujawnione przez WikiLeaks w 2008 roku przed głosowaniem w Parlamencie Europejskim. Pełna wersję udostępniono w 2010. Odzew społeczeństwa był ogromny i nastąpił koniec negocjacji po jej piątej rundzie. Pierwsi do negocjacji przystąpili: USA, UE, Japonia, i Szwajcaria.

Wspierajmy też tych, którzy pomagają nam odkrywać podobne tajemne negocjaje na całym świecie.
