Scene City Improv is a group based in fabulous Las Vegas, NV, our stated goal is to cause people to stop and stare any way we can. Nothing breaks the monotony of your day like seeing over a hundred people frozen still, or catching batman shopping at the local grocer. Using the internet as our base of operations we will grow our membership and launch new missions on a regular basis, and we will always attempt to film our adventures for your viewing pleasure.
